Waking up to the gentle glow of hot air balloons from the terrace was magical. The staff’s exceptional service, especially during breakfast, enhanced our memorable stay at this enchanting cave hotel.

Zara Cave Hotel impressed us with stunning views and a fantastic breakfast spread. However, the pillows could use improvement.

We had a fabulous stay! Staff were so helpful & accommodating, greeted us everytime with a smile. The views from the terrace were amazing, we even got to watch those hot air balloons up close one morning, and it. Oh, and the breakfast spread was something special, every day felt like a feast.

It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience it was worth every cent.

Our stay was marred by a malfunctioning hot water system in the bathroom. It was frustrating as the water took ages to heat, leading us to avoid using the bath altogether. The inconvenience of this, combined with the disorganized luggage handling due to ongoing roadworks in Goreme, made this experience less enjoyable than anticipated.

Zara Cave Hotel amazed me with its unique cave architecture and stunning views from the terrace. Watching the hot air balloons in the morning was absolutely magical. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, offering a delightful variety each day. The room I stayed in, the Comfort Cave Room 206, was spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area that made it feel like home. Although everything was delightful, I did face a bit of noise early in the morning from nearby activities, which interrupted my sleep. Despite that, the general manager's assistance in arranging activities and the all-day coffee availability made up for it. The hotel lacked a restaurant, which could have been a convenient addition for on-site dining.

Every morning, I witnessed stunning hot air balloons from multiple roof decks, creating an unforgettable experience. The staff exceeded my expectations with their warmth and attentiveness, making my stay feel special.

Unique fairy chimney room

Room 206 offered ample space, meticulous cleanliness, and a cozy kitchenette, enhancing our comfort. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring fresh orange juice and made-to-order omelets with cheese, served with a stunning rooftop view. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay seamless. However, we faced some noise disruptions early in the morning from nearby activities, and limited options for snacks at night could be improved, as well as the temperature control in the room not always being consistent.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short distance from various local restaurants and shops. The breathtaking views from the terrace are perfect for sunrise moments with hot air balloons in the sky. The room I stayed in was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience overall.
